•  CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing to AHA International. Applicants canceling less than sixty days prior to the start of the program will forfeit $300 of the program fee; $500 will be forfeited if the cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be made after the program start date.
