Here We Go

Well, today's the day - I fly out of Detroit in about 8 hours.

Last night I said goodbye to the family and came back to campus for one last night of fun - we had a going away party at Buffalo Wild Wings for the three of us going to Greece from SVSU.  (For future reference, the other two girls are Darryn and Kalenga, both good friends of mine.) 

The party was amazing - almost 25 of our friends were there, and we had a good time catching up from the summer.
But when everyone started saying their goodbyes and leaving, it finally hit me.  I was saying goodbye to all of them for the last time!   After  12 or 13 months of planning, paperwork, dreaming, and preparation, it's finally here.  Guess this is the first time this has felt real.
So with a mixed sense of anxiety, melancholy, and extreme excitement, I'm finally ready to leave. 

 
Then again....am I?
